A Gringa’s Guide To Chile

$10.00

This digital guide is meant for the younger generation who plan to move to Chile. Topics covered include: jobs and visas, Spanish, travel, shopping, and food. See below for more details.

Description

This guide is meant for the younger generation – mainly expats, study abroad-ers, those who have found love in Chile, and those on a budget. Many guides to Chile are written for the retiree who has a lot of money to spend on guided tours, etc. and are not very realistic for the average millennial traveler/English teacher. The alternative is searching for relevant blog posts and piecing together your own guide. Everything is in one place here, and will be updated regularly, as things change and get outdated quickly. Delivery is digital via PDF download – in that PDF is a READ ONLY link to the Google Doc of the guide. This ensures that you always have access to most up-to-date version – no need to worry about downloading/receiving the most recent PDF version.

This guide is geared towards people moving/living in Santiago, although a lot of this information is applicable to other parts of Chile. This is NOT a guide for more adult things, like buying a house or car, or anything to do with children in a foreign country. If after reading this guide, you find you have had a different experience or feel I missed anything –  let me know so I can update this guide for others!
